The family of two children who were shot during the mass shooting in Kansas City on February 14 has been given a sizable donation by Travis Kelce, the tight end for the Chiefs.

To assist with paying for medical expenses, the Reyes family set up a GoFundMe.

Kelce gave a total of $100,000 to GoFundMe in two contributions of $50,000 each.

The two Reyes daughters were celebrating with family members when they were shot, per the GoFundMe page.

Additionally, Lisa Lopez-Galvan’s family received a $100,000 donation from Taylor Swift. Lisa Lopez-Galvan sadly lost her life after being shot during the Chiefs rally celebration.

Kelce’s 87 & Running Foundation was mentioned as one of the numerous donors, with contributions ranging from $250 to $1000.

Police suspect that there was an altercation shortly after the rally celebration concluded, which resulted in gunfire. Among the injured were Lopez-Galvan.

On February 15, Kelce posted something on his X account expressing his support for Kansas City and the victims.

The post’s message is, “I am heartbroken over the tragedy that took place today.” “My thoughts and prayers are with everyone who joined us in celebrating and was impacted. You are very important to me, KC.

According to the Reyes family, GoFundMe will aid in providing crucial financial support for the mental and physical rehabilitation of their children.
