The Baltimore Ravens could trade for San Francisco 49ers receiver Brandon Aiyuk, giving Lamar Jackson another weapon in the offense.

If San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk becomes available for trade, the Baltimore Ravens might be among the clubs interested in making a trade.

The 26-year-old Aiyuk has been the subject of trade rumors the whole offseason, and this week’s NFL Draft may be the culmination of them.
According to NBC Sports reporter Mike Florio, “if a trade is being considered, San Francisco would be better off keeping quiet.” “Like the Titans did in 2022 when they traded receiver A.J. Brown and received Philadelphia’s first-round pick, the objective should be to complete the deal while the pick they would be obtaining is still available. If a team gets the pick before it’s time to use it, the timing keeps them from being overtaken by a team that may correctly predict the player the 49ers would select.”
Throughout the pre-draft process, the Ravens have been connected to receivers; in an effort to lighten Lamar Jackson’s workload, they may try to acquire a high-level receiver with prior experience. But it would cost a lot if the Ravens made a trade for Aiyuk.

Even though Aiyuk only has one year left on his contract, there’s reason to suppose the Niners would demand the Ravens’ first-round pick in exchange for him. It would be assumed that Aiyuk would agree to a long-term contract if the Ravens traded their first-round selection for him.

With Brock Purdy at quarterback for the Niners last season, Aiyuk had 75 receptions for 1,342 yards and seven touchdowns. Along with tight end Mark Andrews and second-year pro Zay Flowers, Aiyuk would be viewed as a top option if he joined the Baltimore Ravens, making up one of the best receiving trios in sports.
