The 2024 league year is drawing near, which means it won’t be long before we learn what kind of quarterbacking changes the Falcons will undertake.

When Terry Fontenot, the general manager, spoke on The NFL Report, he did not reveal any details about the team’s plans, but he did support offensive coordinator Zac Robinson’s assertion that all possibilities will be considered as the team approaches a decision.

In the facility, Fontenot stated, “We have a lot of really smart people.” Our time together will be substantial, so let’s approach it with the appropriate strategy. Trades, free agency, and the draft are all things we won’t stop. Our approach will be to tackle the situation with an open mind and ensure that the outcome is satisfactory.

In addition to having the ninth overall pick in what Fontenot referred to as “a very strong draft,” the Falcons are predicted by oddsmakers to sign Kirk Cousins should he decide to leave the Vikings. For the Falcons, there will be a lot of action in the coming weeks on several fronts, as they may investigate trades, and Fontenot stated he expects talks with other clubs to pick up at the Scouting Combine in Indianapolis.
