People are talking because Micah Parsons has possibly shown the Philadelphia Eagles more love than any Dallas Cowboy in team history.

Is the young man from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, who is now a young man interested in returning home to play for the Birds?

That might still happen in the future, but in the meantime, Parsons is in Las Vegas hosting his Bleacher Report “The Edge” podcast, and in his conversation with Packers quarterback Jordan Love, he revealed something about the Eagles that may surprise some people.

On the day of the draft, Parsons claimed that he was informed that the Eagles would be a good fit for him while discussing his draft experience with Love.
“They suggested that you visit Philadelphia,” he recalled. However, I didn’t show up for my interview in Philadelphia. People are unaware of that.

“Why?” Love enquired. “You were unwilling to go there?”

Parsons declared, “I didn’t want to stay home.” “A true story: they phoned me and said, ‘You handling all of this off-field business, and you’re not going to speak with Philadelphia?’ I was averse to returning home.

Thus, when I hear Philly supporters saying things to me like, “Man, you should come to Philly; I’m like, bro, I do not want to be,”
Love interrupted, asking him why he didn’t want to play at home.

“Dude, that’s a lot,” Parsons answered. Everyone wants to visit the crib when you are there. The need to always want to return home—you have to learn to be a man eventually. I wanted to start over. You must remember that I attended Penn State. I had to leave Pa at that point.
